    La vitamina C è un potente antiossidante che protegge il corpo da virus e batteri, ha un effetto antinfiammatorio e anti-allergico. L'acido ascorbico riduce gli effetti delle tossine e delle sostanze dannose (come mercurio, rame, piombo), aumenta la resistenza agli effetti avversi esterni - surriscaldamento, ipotermia e infezioni.
