Clean & dry feet: Wash your feet and pat them dry.

Apply cream: Squeeze a small amount of foot peeling cream onto the foot.

Massage: Rub the cream over rough areas (heels, soles) in circular motions until you begin to see small rolls of dead skin form.

Rinse well: Wash off thoroughly with warm water.


Frequency: Use 1–2 times per week. After initial exfoliation, 1 weekly maintenance is typical.

Follow-up care: After exfoliating, follow with a moisturizing foot cream or balm (e.g., a urea-rich cream) to lock in hydration.
