This product contains the following strains as microorganisms: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus.
The kiwi (Actinidia deliciosa) originally comes from south-west China and is therefore also known as the Chinese gooseberry. Nowadays it is mainly grown in New Zealand. The kiwi contains actinidain.

Take one capsule each with light and one capsule with dark contents (= 1 serving), preferably with plenty of liquid. The product is suitable both for regular consumption, as well as in the context of a temporary intake.
