B vitamins (B1, B2, B6) are involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, as well as in the nervous system functioning.
Vitamin D3 promotes calcium absorption and ensures correct mineralization of bone tissues and teeth.
Biotin is also considered as "beauty vitamin".
